We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage epoxy flooring and waterproofing projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and on schedule, while maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities related to epoxy flooring and waterproofing works.

Plan and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within deadlines.

Technical Oversight:

Interpret project drawings, specifications, and work plans.

Oversee application of epoxy coatings and waterproofing materials as per industry standards.

Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets client expectations and technical specifications.

Team Coordination:

Lead and manage site teams, including subcontractors and laborers.

Provide training and guidance on proper techniques and safety practices.

Client and Stakeholder Communication:

Act as a primary point of contact for clients on-site.

Address concerns or issues and provide regular updates to project managers.

Health and Safety Compliance:

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on-site.

Conduct risk assessments and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain daily site reports, including work progress, material usage, and labor deployment.

Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Qualifications:

Education: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supervising epoxy flooring and waterproofing projects.
