Guest Relations Agent
Location: Qatar
Job Summary:
As a Guest Relations Agent, you will be the face of our vibrant beach club in Qatar, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in customer interaction and thrive in a lively, beachfront environment.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests with reservations and seating arrangements.
Address guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly.
Create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere for guests.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
No hotel experience required; previous experience in nightclubs, beach clubs, or fine dining restaurants is ideal.
Comfortable working outdoors at a beachside venue.
Charismatic, energetic individuals with a unique style (tattoos and funky styles encouraged).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
