Office Administrator

Location: Qatar

Skyfixer Aerospace is hashtag hiring for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator.

This role involves supporting various administrative functions to ensure smooth operations, requiring a proactive approach, keen attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will contribute to our work environment’s effectiveness while adhering to industry regulations and best practices. This position offers professional growth within a cutting-edge sector, engaging with stakeholders, managing sensitive information, and coordinating critical activities.

Responsibilities:

-Handle daily office tasks.

-Coordinate meetings, interviews and travel.

-Maintain files and documents.

-Prepare reports and presentations.

-Liaise between departments.

-Manage confidential information.

-Support project coordination.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field.

-Admin experience, preferably in aviation/aerospace.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office.

-Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.

-Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
