We require Human Resources Executive (Female) preferable Filipino, with pleasant personality.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring they receive necessary training, orientation and resources.
Maintain employee records and assist in managing Human Resources databases and reporting obligations.
Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns and providing guidance on Human Resources policies.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, keeping up-to-date with changes.
Payroll processing and Administrative tasks.
Reporting and Assisting to CEO

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach to challenges.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Human Resources software.
