Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Proactively initiate outbound calls to both potential and existing customers, introducing and promoting our products and services in a clear and compelling manner.
Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads based on specific criteria to drive sales opportunities.
Product Knowledge: Gain a deep and thorough understanding of our product offerings, ensuring you can effectively communicate their benefits and address customer needs.
Sales Closing: Utilize persuasive communication skills to present our products to customers and successfully close deals.
CRM Management: Accurately maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline data within our CRM system to ensure streamlined processes and follow-ups.
Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, offering tailored solutions and ensuring a positive experience.
Market Feedback: Gather insights from customers regarding market trends and product feedback, sharing valuable information with the team to improve offerings.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and management to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Desired Skills & Experience
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Native Arabic speaker with fluent proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
Exceptional communication skills with an ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.
Strong phone etiquette, with excellent active listening skills to understand and respond to customer needs.
Persuasive, results-driven personality with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently, managing time effectively and maintaining productivity in a remote environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer information and sales activities.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales.
Experience in e-commerce sales or customer service is a plus.
Must be based in Qatar.
Must possess a valid Qatari ID.
