Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually compelling packaging concepts that align with our clients' branding and product requirements. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketing, production, and design teams to ensure high-quality design deliverables for various packaging projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design innovative and aesthetically pleasing packaging solutions for products across multiple industries, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and product specifications.

Create packaging concepts and prototypes, considering the product’s target market, the design brief, material requirements, and production limitations.

Work collaboratively with the marketing and product development teams to ensure packaging designs reflect the vision and values of the brand.

Prepare print-ready files and assist in the production process to ensure designs are implemented accurately.

Research packaging trends, competitor designs, and materials to keep designs fresh, innovative, and competitive.

Collaborate with the production team to ensure design feasibility and optimize packaging designs for manufacturing.

Revise designs based on feedback from clients, internal teams, and suppliers, ensuring designs meet project goals and deadlines.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Ensure adherence to environmental, sustainability, and regulatory standards related to packaging design and production.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

2-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on packaging design.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and familiarity with 3D rendering software is a plus.

Strong understanding of print production processes and file preparation for packaging.

Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to think strategically about packaging design.

Knowledge of current design trends, materials, and sustainability practices in the packaging industry.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

A portfolio showcasing a strong range of packaging design work is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with structural packaging design and dielines.

Knowledge of sustainable packaging materials and eco-friendly design solutions.

Experience with 3D design software (e.g., Artios CAD, Esko) or motion graphics is a plus.
