Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Doha, Qatar. While prior experience in logistics and freight forwarding is not mandatory, a strong sales aptitude, self-motivation, and the ability to build lasting client relationships are essential for this role. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth in a fast-paced and competitive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and approach prospective clients to promote logistics and freight forwarding services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Market Research and Prospecting:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target industries.
- Develop a strong pipeline of potential customers in the Qatar market.
- Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
- Present and pitch company services to clients effectively.
- Negotiate terms and close deals that meet the company’s objectives.
- Coordination with Operations Team:
- Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Ensure clear communication of client requirements to internal teams.
- Sales Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including leads, targets, and achieved results.
- Track and meet assigned sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- High level of self-motivation and goal orientation.
- Basic understanding of logistics and freight forwarding (training will be provided).
- Experience:
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Other Requirements:
- Must be based in Doha, Qatar, or willing to relocate.
- Valid Qatar driving license is an advantage.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of new accounts acquired.
- Revenue generated from new and existing clients.
- Client retention and satisfaction rates.
