Business Development Executive – Flower Shop
Location: Qatar
Salary: 4,000 to 6,000 Plus commission.
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Business Development Executive to join our flower shop team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the flower business and a proven track record of driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and expand the customer base, focusing on floral products and services
*Build partnerships with event planners, hotels, corporate clients, and individuals for bulk flower orders and custom arrangements.
*Monitor and analyze floral market trends, including seasonal demands and customer preferences, to identify new opportunities.
*Explore opportunities for expanding online sales and delivery services.
Qualifications:
Valid Qatar driving license (mandatory).
Proficiency in Arabic (preferred).
Proven experience in the flower or floral business.
Strong network within the local market and knowledge of customer preferences in Qatar.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Creative mindset with a passion for flowers and design trends.
