We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to join our team at My Cookie Dough in Qatar. In this role, you will play a key part in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests by delivering excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet and seat customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages with a positive attitude.
Order Accuracy: Ensure all orders are taken accurately and delivered to the correct table in a timely manner.
Menu Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of the menu, including daily specials, and provide recommendations to guests.
Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, clear tables, reset for new guests, and ensure the restaurant is tidy.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress or in the food and beverage industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during busy hours.
Customer-oriented, with a focus on delivering an excellent dining experience.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Language Skills: Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
