We are looking for an AYS Agent – Telephone Operator to handle all internal and external guest calls. The ideal candidate will ensure prompt, professional, and accurate communication to enhance guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct all incoming calls courteously.
- Handle guest inquiries and service requests efficiently.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure quick resolution of issues.
- Maintain detailed call logs and reports.
- Provide information about hotel services and amenities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role .
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
