We are looking for an experienced CIVIL ENGINEER to work in the field of quantity surveying, particularly finishing quantities, and preparing tenders and specifications. The candidate should be proficient in preparing quantities and specifications for required materials, as well as preparing contracts with accuracy and professionalism. Additionally, the candidate must have the ability to interact with clients and provide expert advice on the quality of finishing materials.
Requirements:
- Practical experience in calculating finishing quantities for buildings.
- Ability to prepare tenders and technical specifications.
- Experience in preparing quantities and specifications for materials.
- Good knowledge of contract preparation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
- Ability to interact with clients and provide professional advice regarding the quality of finishing materials and selecting the most suitable options for projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in CIVIL ENGINEERING or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same field.
- Proficiency in using architectural software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Comprehensive knowledge of finishing specifications and materials and their applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
