Job Description:

Your tasks include preparing export documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and maintaining effective communication with clients, suppliers, and transport companies. You will also monitor shipment schedules, track deliveries, and resolve any logistical or customs-related issues. Additionally, you support the sales and logistics departments by providing accurate shipping information and maintaining organized records of all export activities.

Key Responsibilities: perishable / general cargo per shipment

Prepare and process export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.

Ensure compliance with international trade laws and customs regulations.

Coordinate and monitor shipments with freight forwarders and transport companies.

Bookings through Airline Portals

Planning transport for the perishable cargo to be delivered on time to the GHA

Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to provide shipment updates.

Track and resolve issues related to customs clearance or delivery delays.

Maintain accurate records of shipments and export activities.

Assist in optimizing export processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Billing and Invoicing to the customer

Creating customs documents

Claim handling

Minimum requirements

Preferably with 2 years of experience in the freight industry in Operations department

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to Prioritize & Organize

Computer literate

Minimum of high school education
