Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Handle general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-maintained.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a receptionist or similar role preferred.

Proficiency in Ms office
