Accountant
With valid QID and NOC
Responsibilities:
Issuing and posting invoices using Quick Books.
Posting account transactions (Receivables, Payables and others) using Quick Books.
Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers.
Preparing monthly salaries through WPS.
Prepares and processes electronic payments/cheque requisitions for monthly remittance deadlines.
Oversee the levels of warehouse stock and place orders as needed.
Inventory works
Perform tasks that may assigned from time to time including logistic duties.

Requirements and skills
Work experience as an Accountant is a must.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Bachelor s Degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance.
Advanced capability in using Excel and accounting packages.
Goods English communication skills.
Willing to cross train with others in the department.
