Position: Female Call Center Agent
Location: Pearl Qatar
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Meet or exceed call handling and customer satisfaction goals.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Female candidates only.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in using call center systems and basic computer applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Fluency in [mention languages if required] is preferred.
Requirement:
Candidate should be present in Qatar with valid QID
