We are looking for an Architect cum Quantity Surveyor
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Architecture ,Additional certifications in project management or cost estimation are advantageous.
Technical Skills:Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, 3D max, Revit, SketchUp) and rendering tools (Lumion, V-Ray).
Desired Skills & Experience
Key Responsibilities
Develop functional and creative design concepts, plan space layouts, and create client presentations.
Prepare architectural drawings, collaborate with consultants, and coordinate BOQs and material specifications.
Source materials, finishes, and furniture that meet quality, sustainability, and budget requirements.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and resolve design challenges on-site.
Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and obtain necessary permits.
Communicate updates, address feedback, and present final designs.
Stay updated on design trends and incorporate sustainable solutions.
Lead and guide design teams, ensuring effective collaboration.
Experience: 3-4 years of experience in interior fitout.
