General Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting food product research and sourcing potential vendors.
• Sourcing food materials, goods, food products, and services, negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
• Performing inventory food inspections and reordering food supplies and stock as necessary.
• Conducting food market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities.
• Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty food items or inconsistencies immediately.
• Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received food stock.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Preferable India National.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related is a MUST
• Must have 2 or more years in Hotel or Food & beverages experience.
• Superb written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of supply chain procedures.
• The ability to identify food market trends.
