Piping Draftsman 

Location: Dukhan, Qatar

Qualification:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

3 to 5 years of experience as a Piping Draftsman, with exposure to industrial projects.

Experienced in oil and gas is required 

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling software and other drafting tools.

Knowledge of piping codes, standards, and practices.

Good understanding of piping systems, fittings, and materials used in construction.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Good communication skills to collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and produce detailed piping drawings and designs based on project specifications.

Draft piping layouts, isometrics, and section views for construction projects.

Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accuracy and functionality in designs.

Review and revise existing designs and drawings as needed to meet project requirements.

Ensure all drawings comply with industry codes, standards, and safety regulations.

Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions for easy access and review.

Participate in site visits and coordination meetings to resolve design issues.
