Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to manage various HR functions within our organization, focusing primarily on workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance across our project-based teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations within construction or project-based industries and possess a keen eye for detail and organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze HR reports, including workforce planning, headcount, and project-related data.
  • Coordinate and monitor workforce demobilization plans in alignment with project timelines.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure staffing requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and track personnel movements across projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers to address HR needs and provide timely updates on demobilization plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR activities.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in construction or project-based industries.
  • Proficiency in preparing reports and working with HR systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
