IT Support Engineer required.
Responsibilities
· Hands-on experience with Windows client and server OS environments.
· Good understanding of computer, network, storage systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
· Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
· Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
· Additional certification in Microsoft, Cisco, VMware or similar technologies is a plus.
· Troubleshoot computer peripheral devices: printers, scanners, MDF, monitors, keyboard.
· Setup and install computers for new hire onboarding’s.
· Experienced in troubleshoot issues on end user computing devices, including desktops, laptops.
· History of working in an Active Directory domain environment.
· Proficient at software installs and troubleshooting.
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
· Technical documentation skills.
· Shall have knowledge and familiarity of action plans for planned and unplanned changes to the network infrastructure
· Troubleshoot CCTV Camera Systems
· Support for Restaurant POs system
