We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the food service sector, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development & Client Acquisition:
- Identify new business opportunities within the HORECA sector.
- Generate and follow up on leads to convert prospects into customers.
- Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth within the assigned territory.
- Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor product offerings accordingly.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, orders, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Product Knowledge & Sales Support:
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the company’s product portfolio, especially in relation to the food service industry.
- Provide training and product support to customers as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
- Sales Targets & Reporting:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
- Ensure that all sales activities are documented accurately and in a timely manner.
- Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify potential areas for growth and new product opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in the HORECA sector.
- Strong network within the hotel, restaurant, and catering industries.
- Previous experience selling food service products or related services is highly preferred.
- Must have a valid QID
- Driving License with own Car
- With Medical Certificate/Permits (If any)
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Proficient on Microsoft suits
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
