Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant role is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Customer Service: Ability to provide excellent service, remain calm under pressure, and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in taking orders, handling payments, and ensuring accuracy.
• Multi-tasking Ability: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk around, and carry trays of food and beverages.
• Mathematical Skills: Basic math skills for handling transactions and giving change.
