Admin/Front Desk Officer (Male)

Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Salary: QAR 1,500 per month

About the Role:

Leaders Training Centre is seeking a motivated and dynamic male professional to join our team as an Admin/Front Desk Officer. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth daily operations.


Key Responsibilities:


Welcome and assist customers, providing information about our training programs and services.

Manage various administrative tasks, including record keeping, correspondence, and document handling.

Organize and schedule meetings and training sessions using calendar management tools.

Enhance and streamline daily operational processes to improve efficiency.

Maintain a professional and inviting front desk environment.

Support the team in planning and executing events and activities.

Collaborate with different departments to facilitate seamless daily operations.

Requirements:


Bachelor’s Degree.

A young, dynamic, and energetic personality.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong multitasking abilities with effective operational management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with scheduling tools.

Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.

Salary & Benefits:


Monthly salary: QAR 1,500
