Job Description:
Good day, we are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the hospitality industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing great customer service. Fluency in English is a must as you will be interacting with customers from different backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with customers clearly in English
- Serve food and drinks promptly
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Process payments and handle billing procedures
- Follow hygiene and safety standards
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant, café, or hotel
- Must be able to speak and understand English fluently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food and beverages
- Good physical stamina for long working hours
- Team player with a positive attitude
