Job Overview:
The Business Development Manager will play a key role in overseeing and improving healthcare operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, experience in business expansion strategies, and the ability to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must speak Arabic and English fluently
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field
- Previous experience in a healthcare management or Business Development role
- Valid Qatar Driving License
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and supervise healthcare staff, ensuring a motivated and productive workforce to maintain high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline medical operations, enhancing service delivery and client experience.
- Develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's healthcare objectives, ensuring sustainable growth and service expansion.
- Oversee the budgeting and financial management of the medical business unit, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness in all operations.
- Establish and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry best practices.
- Supervise the recruitment, training, and development of medical and non-medical staff, ensuring they meet required qualifications and performance standards.
- Evaluate and improve operational workflows and client care services to optimize resources and service delivery.
- Ensure all healthcare services comply with Qatar’s Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) and Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP) regulations.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with hospitals, clinics, insurance providers, and healthcare suppliers to enhance business opportunities.
- Oversee client safety, quality assurance, and risk management to ensure the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance.
- Implement health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for staff and clients.
- Monitor and assess client feedback and healthcare trends to drive continuous improvement in services and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and participate in healthcare conferences, seminars, and networking events to strengthen the company’s reputation and market presence.
- Support sales, marketing, and public relations efforts by promoting medical services, identifying market opportunities, and developing business growth strategies.
- Conduct competitive analysis within the healthcare sector to improve service offerings and pricing strategies.
- Oversee the procurement and management of medical equipment and supplies, ensuring availability and proper maintenance.
- Address challenges such as client service issues, staff performance concerns, and operational inefficiencies by providing effective solutions.
- Ensure seamless communication between clients and employees to maintain high-quality service standards.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Managing Director and CEO, ensuring alignment with the company's medical and business goals.
