Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day farming operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards.

• Lead and manage a team of farm workers, promoting teamwork and productivity.

• Monitor crop production and maintenance of farm facilities.

• Implement and oversee farming schedules, equipment usage, and resource management.

• Ensure compliance with farming regulations and health standards.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Agricultural Engineering.

• Proven track record in farming operations within Qatar is essential.

• Experience in animal husbandry is an added advantage.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Proficiency in Arabic and English (mandatory).
