Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Admin to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Admin, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, supporting daily operations, and contributing to initiatives that help enhance employee experience. This role is ideal for someone who is pursuing a career in Human Resources and is eager to learn about different HR processes in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process with hiring managers.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Help with new employee onboarding activities, including preparing onboarding documents, setting up workstations, and ensuring a smooth start for new hires. Support the offboarding process by coordinating exit interviews and gathering feedback.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure that HR databases are up to date. Assist in preparing HR-related reports, such as attendance and performance tracking.
  • Employee Engagement: Participate in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and team[1]building sessions to foster a positive work environment.
  • Policy and Compliance: Aid in ensuring company policies are effectively communicated and adhered to. Assist with compliance-related documentation and audits as required.
  • Learning and Development: Support the planning and coordination of training sessions and workshops. Track and update training records.
  • General Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day tasks, including answering employee queries, scheduling meetings, and handling HR-related documentation.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in an HR administrative or support role, with a solid understanding of HR processes.
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. · Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team.

For Administration Assistant:

  • Provides general administrative support to a team or department.
  • Managing day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Assisting with other administrative duties as needed.
  • Manages calendars, schedules meetings, and arranges travel.
  • Handles correspondence, prepares reports, and maintains filing systems.
  • Provides high-level administrative support to executives or senior management.
  • Prepares reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
  • Manages incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Supports the human resources department with administrative tasks.
  • Maintains employee records, processes paperwork, and assists with recruitment.
  • Schedules interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
  • Coordinates administrative functions across different departments.
  • Assists with budget management, procurement, and logistics.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Supports the operations team with administrative tasks.
  • Manages operational records, reports, and documentation.
  • Coordinates logistics, procurement, and vendor relationships
