HR Administrator (Doha British School)
The incumbent will be responsible for delivering effective and efficient HR Operations support that aligns with the company’s strategic goals, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Support Employee Relations, addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Handle and Support in Payroll Management, Time and Attendance, and Leave Administration with accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
Support Recruitment and Selection activities, ensuring timely and high-quality hires.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, local labor laws, and company standards.
Participate in and lead various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR Operations or a related field. (Exceptional candidates with less experience may also be considered.)
Proven experience in the education sector is mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably with a specialization in Human Resources or a related discipline.
Must be locally available in Qatar.
