We’re hiring a proactive HR Officer to join our team:
Key
Responsibilities:
- Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters,
and policies.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and
welcoming experience.
- Support the performance
review cycle and goal-setting processes.
- Assist in generating HR
reports on metrics such as headcount, turnover, and recruitment.
- Write, update, and
maintain clear and accurate job descriptions.
- Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with Qatar Labor Law.
Qualifications
and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience
(typically 4+ years) in an HR administrative.
- Solid understanding of
core HR functions and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of
employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational
skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- High level of discretion
and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Outstanding
interpersonal and communication skills.
