• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities.
• Conduct employee onboarding and induction, ensuring a smooth joining experience.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Handle employee relations matters, including grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Administer payroll by coordinating attendance, leave records, overtime, and other payroll inputs with the finance team.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and company HR policies.
• Support performance management, probation reviews, and employee confirmations.
• Coordinate visa, work permit, and other employee documentation as required.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Support other HR and administrative activities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience in Qatar (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR best practices.
