Silmar Trading and Contracting is seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Construction Engineer to join our growing team in Qatar.
The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in civil construction, hands-on site experience, and a thorough understanding of Qatar's construction standards and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities on-site.
Ensure construction works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Monitor project progress, quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with Qatar Municipality requirements and relevant construction regulations.
Identify and resolve technical and site-related challenges efficiently.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
Valid Qatar Municipality Engineering Certification (Mandatory).
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, and local building regulations in Qatar.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively within a project team.
