We are looking for an "Admin Coordinator", to join our dynamic team!

Job Summary:

The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing a variety of administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of office activities. This role involves coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and providing support to the administrative team and management. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • SchedulingCoordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members and management.
  • CommunicationHandle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail. Ensure timely and professional responses.
  • Document Management: Prepare, review, and manage documentation, reports, and presentations. Maintain organized filing systems.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Support Services: Provide administrative support to the management team and other staff members as needed.
  • Data Entry: Input and update information in databases and systems accurately and efficiently.
  • ComplianceEnsure that administrative practices comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Law.
  • Min (03) years experience as Admin coordinator within Qatar or GCC.
  • Arabic candidates will be much preferred.
  • Must be proficient in MS. Office and other software applications.
