We are a leading company specializing in coffee distribution, dedicated to delivering the finest products and exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Female Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Doha.


Job Responsibilities:


Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Handle incoming phone calls from clients and respond to inquiries professionally.

Manage invoicing, quotations, and report preparation to support the sales team.

Assist in office organization and optimization techniques to enhance productivity.

Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.

Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve communication.

Requirements:


Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, with a focus on invoicing, quotations, and client communications.

Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.

Proficient in MS Office Applications and office equipment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.

Arabic speaking is a plus.

Residency in Doha is mandatory; candidates must be available to join upon request.
