Administrative Assistant Wanted


Job Description

A highly qualified executive administrative assistant to contribute to organizing daily business and supporting executive management. This job provides an opportunity to work in a highly organized professional environment characterized by team spirit and cooperation. The candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth and effective functioning and support management effectively.


Main tasks and responsibilities:


Prepare and process quotations and proposals and document them in an organized manner.


Contacting suppliers and customers regarding inquiries and requests and following up on relevant documents and procedures.


Organizing the daily and weekly agenda for the executive management, scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.


_ Responding to phone calls and emails and dealing with official correspondence on behalf of the executive management.


Follow-up with the various departments to ensure the implementation of administrative decisions and directives on the specified dates.


Preparing periodic reports and meeting minutes and submitting them to the executive management.


Perform other administrative tasks assigned to him as needed to support the daily workflow efficiently.


Desired Skills & Experience

At least 3 years of previous experience in an administrative assistant position or similar role (those with experience in Qatar or the Gulf countries are preferred). Fluency in Arabic and English, reading, writing and speaking. High skills in using computer applications, especially Microsoft Office software. Proficiency in using graphic design programs (such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator). Or any other professional design programs. High organizational capabilities and superior attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and ensure accurate implementation. Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a team. Flexibility and ability to withstand work pressure and prioritize. The ability to deal confidentially and professionally with sensitive information and documents.
