We are a well-established Cleaning and Hospitality Company seeking an experienced and highly motivated General Foreman (Arab Nationality) to lead and supervise our operational teams.
Job Summary:
The General Foreman will be responsible for managing daily site operations, supervising cleaning and hospitality staff, ensuring quality service delivery, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day cleaning and hospitality activities across multiple sites.
- Lead and manage a team of supervisors and workers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Ensure all operations comply with company standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks.
- Coordinate staff schedules, duty assignments, and shift rotations.
- Address client feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Arab nationality (Required).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or foreman role within the cleaning or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly in Arabic and basic English.
- Knowledge of cleaning materials, equipment, and safety standards.
- Able to work flexible hours and respond to operational needs promptly.
