Position Title: Operations & Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary:

Rich Chocolatier is seeking a proactive and organized Operations & Administrative Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our growing company. This role requires excellent multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively between departments, suppliers, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and communicate with suppliers for orders, deliveries, and quotations
  • Book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and transportation for staff and management
  • Draft and circulate internal memos and manage document control
  • Support procurement and inventory processes as needed
  • Maintain organized records of company contracts, supplier data, and logistics documents
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and schedules
  • Act as the main point of contact for office administration and coordination tasks
  • daily and monthly reports.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in operations, administration, or logistics
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic document handling
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Professional attitude and problem-solving mindset
