We are seeking a dynamic and professional Female Administrative Officer with at least 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Arabic and possess strong computer, customer service, and presentation skills. This role requires a confident personality with excellent interpersonal abilities to manage day-to-day administrative tasks and client interactions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative operations and support office functions smoothly.
- Communicate effectively in Arabic and English (spoken, written, and reading).
- Prepare and present reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external clients or visitors.
- Implement effective customer handling strategies and maintain a positive relationship with clients.
- Ensure the reception area and front desk represent a professional and welcoming environment.
- Maintain and manage office records, correspondence, and filing systems.
- Support management in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative or related roles.
- Proficiency in Arabic (Reading, Writing, and Speaking) is mandatory.
- Good computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle client queries professionally.
- Excellent presentation skills and a well-groomed personality.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
