We are seeking a reliable and efficient Admin Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis (2 to 6 months). The ideal candidate will support day-to-day administrative tasks and assist with office coordination and documentation.

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support
Maintain and update records, files, and documents
Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars
Handle correspondence and communication
Support office logistics and data entry tasks
Prepare quotation, invoices, purchase order, and delivery notes
Basic accounting knowledge
Requirements:
Valid QID with family sponsorship
Previous experience in administrative roles preferred
Good communication and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
