Administrative Officer, Business Development & Marketing
Job Description:
We are looking for an ambitious and professional female employee to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate should have experience in administration, customer service, and the development and implementation of marketing and business strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative operations and organize files and workflows
- Communicate effectively with clients and build long-term relationships
- Propose and implement effective marketing strategies (online and internal)
- Develop ideas that contribute to project growth and expand the client base
- Prepare reports on marketing and administrative performance and analyze results
- Use computers, Microsoft Office programs, and digital marketing tools
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administration, marketing, or business development
- Ability to think strategically and implement practical plans
- Proficiency in using computers, work management tools, and marketing platforms
- Strong communication skills and professionalism in client interactions
- Possession of a personal laptop
- Access to a private car
