Female Office Administrator
Qualification:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in office administration.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and calls.
Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, memos, and internal communications.
Monitor office supplies and liaise with vendors for procurement.
Requirement:
Candidate’s should be present in Qatar with valid QID
