Urgent Hiring! HR & ADMIN ASSISTANT-Tagalo FEMALE ONLY
Job Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in HR and administrative functions, preferably in Qatar.
- Knowledge of basic provisions of the Qatar Labour Law (e.g., contracts, leave policies, end-of-service benefits).
- Experience in preparing and maintaining employee records, contracts, and personnel files.
- Ability to handle recruitment support tasks (job posting, scheduling interviews, reference checks).
- Familiarity with visa processing, work permits, and coordination with PRO for government-related tasks.
- Strong administrative skills, including filing, correspondence, and document control.
- Good communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Locally available in Qatar with valid QID and transferable visa.
- Can join immediately
- Salary package: Qar 4,500 full package
