We are looking for a smart, hardworking, and reliable Receptionist to join our real estate company.
The ideal candidate should be professional, organized, and have good communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients and visitors warmly
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Scheduling appointments and handling basic office tasks
- Assisting with document preparation and filing
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is a plus
- Friendly personality and professional appearance
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Punctual, committed, and willing to learn
