We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fine dining Arabic restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving efficiency, managing processes, and ensuring operational excellence. The Operations Manager will play a critical role in driving productivity, optimizing workflows, and supporting business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure business efficiency.
· Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures tailored to fine dining Arabic cuisine.
· Manage and lead cross-functional teams, including kitchen, front-of-house, and support staff, to achieve business goals.
· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as guest satisfaction, service speed, and food quality to drive improvements.
· Optimize processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maintain high standards of service.
· Coordinate with other departments, including finance, HR, and marketing, to align business objectives.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
· Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
· Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize profitability.
· Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and hospitality excellence.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
· Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a focus on customer service.
· Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and operational metrics.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
· Experience with POS systems, restaurant management software, or workflow automation tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Hospitality Management.
· Experience in fine dining or luxury restaurant operations, particularly in Arabic cuisine.
· Certification in food safety, hospitality management, or customer service excellence.
