Position: Admin Secretary – Arabic Speaking
Sector: Semi-Government – Qatar
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support to our management team.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of proven experience as an Secretary/Executive Secretary
- Strong skills in correspondence preparation, scheduling, and office documentation
- Advanced Arabic proficiency (mandatory) and excellent English – both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite with strong typing skills
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- Must be currently residing in Qatar with a valid transferable visa
- Priority will be given to candidates with advanced Arabic skills
- Male candidates only (due to operational requirements)
