Job Description

Position: Admin Secretary – Arabic Speaking
Sector: Semi-Government – Qatar

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support to our management team.

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of proven experience as an Secretary/Executive Secretary
  • Strong skills in correspondence preparation, scheduling, and office documentation
  • Advanced Arabic proficiency (mandatory) and excellent English – both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite with strong typing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
  • Must be currently residing in Qatar with a valid transferable visa
  • Priority will be given to candidates with advanced Arabic skills
  • Male candidates only (due to operational requirements)
