Job Overview:
X Real Estate is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Officer to support our office operations and ensure efficient administrative processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in organizing, coordinating, and executing administrative tasks across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administration tasks.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital records.
- Prepare reports, documents, and internal correspondence.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and manage scheduling.
- Support HR and management with documentation and coordination.
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and service providers when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in administration or a similar role.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary & Benefits:
