Job Title: Administration Officer

Job Overview:

X Real Estate is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Officer to support our office operations and ensure efficient administrative processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in organizing, coordinating, and executing administrative tasks across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office administration tasks.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital records.
  • Prepare reports, documents, and internal correspondence.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and manage scheduling.
  • Support HR and management with documentation and coordination.
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and service providers when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in administration or a similar role.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and problem­ solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Monthly Salary: 4,000 QAR (inclusive of all allowances)
