Position: Admin Assistant (Female)
Location: Doha, Qatar

Job Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to management and staff.
· Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
· Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
· Prepare reports, letters, and presentations as needed.
· Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.
· Manage office supplies and general administrative tasks.
Requirements:
· Female candidates only.
· Valid QID with transferable visa (mandatory).
· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred.
· Minimum 4-5 years of experience in administrative/secretarial role.
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
· Presentable, professional, and positive attitude.
