ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF (2 Positions Available)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
prepare and manage daily operational schedules
provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
coordinate and communicate effectively with different departments
?maintain accurate records and reports using MS Office applications
QUALIFICATIONS:
proven experience in adminsistrative functions
proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPornnt), Outlook
strong organizational and time management skills
ability to perform well under pressure and meet dediines
