Experience in Administrative and secretarial support is mandatory.
Driving License is an advantage.
Answering phone calls, Manage Calendars, schedule meetings and take notes during the meeting.
Maintain documentation including transmitals, reports, drawings and contracts.
Timesheet and payroll preparation.
Keep a detailed inventory of office supplies, such as Stationery, supplies and filing systems.
