Overview:
Seeking a proactive and analytical Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director with strategic planning, KPI/KRA management, and operations coordination. This role requires discretion, business acumen, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, track & report KPIs/KRAs across the company.
Support sales/service ops through data analysis & performance tracking.
Coordinate cross-functional projects & executive communications.
Prepare reports, dashboards & presentations for decision-making.
Maintain confidentiality on sensitive matters.
Preferred:
Experience working with senior executives or founders.
Knowledge of strategy, performance, or process improvement.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
4–7 years’ experience in EA, Ops Analyst, or Business Coordinator roles.
Strong with KPIs, business planning, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented.
AI tools or dashboard experience is a plus.
