Prospect and convert leads into active property clients (buyers, sellers, tenants)
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and client presentations
Build and maintain a strong client network in the Qatar real estate market
Provide market insights, pricing strategies, and property advisory services
Manage CRM updates, client follow-ups, and closing procedures
Desired Skills & Experience
Must be based in Qatar and hold a valid QID
Valid Qatari driving license is mandatory
1–3 years of sales experience in real estate, automotive, banking, or retail
Fluency in Arabic & English (verbal and written)
Strong skills in real estate negotiation, communication, and client relationship management
Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet sales targets
Self-motivated and able to work independently under a commission structure
